Lisa Gralnek

A driving force in strategy and brand building, Lisa's career has included senior Marketing and Operations roles at adidas, Chobani, moo.com, The Boston Consulting Group, and Walmart. Her independent consultancy LVG & Co. has been pioneering future-forward growth and transformation initiatives since 2017. In 2023, Lisa became the first Managing Director of iF Design USA, focused on introducing the prestigious organization and its award programs to North America. She is a frequent contributor to conversations on values-led leadership and sustainability, and has graced publications like The New York Times and Fortune. Lisa hosts the weekly interview series, Future of XYZ, available on PBS at ripbs.org/XYZ and as a podcast everywhere. Prior to pivoting into more innovation and impact work, she had spent nearly a decade as a Talent Agent and Photo Editor in the world of international high fashion. Lisa holds a BA in Political Science and French from Bates College and an MBA in international business from INSEAD.
