Hilary L. Yu

Hilary L. Yu is the Executive Director and Cofounder of Our Academy, a nonprofit accelerator for justice impacted and BIPOC cannabis founders. In 2023, Our Academy was contracted by New York State's Office of Cannabis Management to run an accelerator and mentorship program for over 450 Cannabis Adult-Use Retail Licensees.

Prior to running New York's keystone technical assistance program, Our Academy has run annual cohorts supporting over 750 BIPOC and social equity founders across the country since 2019.
