Jewel Jones

Jewel is a communications strategist who advises healthcare companies on centering equity and justice as business imperatives. At Real Chemistry, she leads a team of intersectional health equity experts and is responsible for the creation of the company’s health equity engagement model, which is foundational to their work in improving health outcomes for historically marginalized populations and driving equitable health innovation. Jewel serves on the African American Outreach Task Force for the Washington Regional Transplant Community and the board of the historic Metropolitan A.M.E. Church, where she is the co-founder of The Family Room, a speaker series making Black intellectuals and leaders accessible to the beloved community. In 2021, Jewel was named to PRWeek’s 40 Under 40 list.
