Kristen Griffiths is an accomplished communications professional with a focus on developing influential multichannel campaigns to inspire both patients and internal stakeholders. With 18 years of experience in healthcare, she has excelled in roles advocating for patients, building brands, developing internal communications platforms and driving disease awareness. Currently serving as Associate Director at Incyte, Kristen spearheads communication and patient advocacy efforts, focused on addressing rare and chronic blood cancers. Furthermore, she leads internal communications across the North American business and has recently pioneered an internally focused podcast.
