She's an experienced professional in sports management, having been the Senior VP of Marketing for the Arizona Coyotes, overseeing brand, marketing, and digital efforts. Tania also has a background in companies like CBS Sports, PetSmart, Burger King, and Mattel Inc., where she worked on Hot Wheels and Barbie. Currently, as AC Milan's Chief Marketing Officer, she manages marketing, branding, content, and digital sectors after transitioning from RedBird Capital Partner's strategic marketing division.
