Ulises has over 13 years of experience in economic development, strategic analysis, smart specialization, and cluster dynamization; as well as in competitive strengthening of entrepreneurs and SMEs. This through the coordination of public-private dialogues for the ideation and implementation of innovative and high-impact projects. Throughout his career, he has collaborated in multiple sectors such as Agroindustry, Tourism, Automotive, Manufacturing, Logistics, and ICTs, in various countries in Latin America (Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, and Mexico) and multilateral organizations such as the Inter-american Development Bank and The World Bank.
