Stephan Habif

Stephan Habif is Colgate-Palmolive's Chief Technology Officer and leads a team of remarkable scientists, designers and engineers who deliver a pipeline of growth-driving innovation for markets around the globe. Prior to joining Colgate-Palmolive, Stephan was Senior Vice President, Research & Innovation at L’Oreal since 2013. During that time he was responsible for new product development for all divisions and categories in the Americas leading the creation of best-in-class technologies that fed the global innovation pipeline. He was instrumental in the successful turnaround of L’Oreal’s North-America business culminating in the region delivering their biggest growth in 2021. Prior to L'Oreal, Stephan worked at Unilever in the Research & Development division.
