Lauren is an award-winning creative leader with over 15 years of experience. As Executive Creative Director at 21GRAMS New York, she has been instrumental in the company's expansion from 40 to over 700 employees. She has led the agency to win top industry recognition, including Clios, Cannes Lions, London International Awards, and many more. She advocates for humor in healthcare advertising and sees healthcare as a field with boundless creative opportunities. Lauren graduated Georgetown University with a degree in biology. She lives in Westchester, NY, with her husband and their two children: Piper (7) and Archer (3).
