Kavita Patel, M.d.

Dr. Patel, with extensive experience in health and policy, worked at Brookings Institution on health care reform and physician payment, and served in the Obama Administration as director of policy for the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement. Her Capitol Hill experience includes time on Senator Edward Kennedy's staff as deputy staff director on health. Currently, Dr. Patel is on the board of Arcellx, SelectQuote, Radiology Partners, and others, and is a Venture Partner at New Enterprise Associates. Her past board roles include Dignity Health and Tuple Health, and she served on the HHS Physician Focused Payment Technical Advisory Committee.
