Matej a serial entrepreneur has built companies like “greenNEWit” from 0 to 50+ employees & $5.5mil
/year in revenue at its peak. Currently, he’s a co-founder & Executive Managing Partner of Codaemon, an
e-commerce solutions provider serving clients like Victoria's Secret, Goodyear, and more. Music being a
passion, he also founded a music business incubator, the Indie Artist Accelerator & Digital Science Media,
its digital marketing arm, which launched in 2021 and 2020 respectively. These initiatives are disrupting
the music industry & helping artists run their labels.

His upbringing in former communist Eastern Europe & immigrating to US in 1995 has shaped his unique
