Alex van der Wolk

Alex van der Wolk co-chairs Morrison Foerster’s eminent Global Privacy & Data Security practice and counsels global companies on their data governance & cyber strategy when implementing emerging technologies such as generative AI, the metaverse, and more. Alex holds a law degree from Columbia University and has worked at numerous tech and data-driven institutions, including the Software Freedom Law Center in NYC. In addition to being a data-driven tech lawyer at MoFo, Alex sits on the Ethics Board of TrustLLM, the EU funded research project aimed at developing Germanic language large language models.
