Meisha-Ann Martin

Meisha-ann has a Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with almost 20 year's experience working in People Analytics and Employee Engagement across a variety of different industries. She is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion and specializes in identifying and remedying inclusion gaps in organizations. Dr. Martin led the employee survey practice at JetBlue, led People Analytics at Flex and is the former Head of Talent Experience at Servicemaster. Dr. Martin is currently the Senior Director, People Analytics and Research at Workhuman. In her role, she provides analytics consulting to clients and prospects and works closely with the team focused on proving the impact of positive work experiences for individuals and organizations.
