Elisa Watanabe

Elisa Watanabe is the Senior Director of A&R at Ultra Publishing / Helix Records. Driven by her passion and ear for unique voices and lyrics, she develops new acts across both Ultra Publishing and Helix Records rosters. Ultra Publishing is home to a range of writers and producers including Neil Ormandy, Clinton Kane, Wheezy, etc. Helix's growing roster consists of notable dance artists such as Jamie Jones, Two Friends, Kaleena Zanders, San Holo, etc. Elisa's career began at Capitol Records Astralwerks, where she worked across diverse marketing campaigns from Halsey to Empire of the Sun. She has served as a mentor for the Girls Who Listen music community and is a member of the Asian American Collective, a non-profit organization that brings together Asian American creatives.
