Carolina Dolan Chandler

As Chief Digital Officer, Carolina leads Globant’s internal digital transformation. She is also in charge of establishing a cross-company data strategy and overseeing the adoption, development, and implementation of digital technologies across the organization ranging from the company’s homegrown applications to industry standards such as Salesforce, SAP, Success Factors, and more. Carolina built a career starting on the technical side as a software engineer and eventually technical lead, evolving into a role as a Client Partner where she managed client relationships. She has worked with companies such as Google and Electronic Arts in different branches of the software industry such as the retail industry, governmental applications, e-commerce platforms, and the entertainment industry.
