Sean Peace

Sean Peace is the Founder and CEO of SongVest. In 2011, Peace launched RoyaltyExchange, the first online market to buy and sell music royalties through online auctions which he sold in 2015. In 2020, his long-term vision for SongVest became realized as he developed a groundbreaking new model selling fractional shares in individual songs under the brand SongShares. In October 2021, SongVest had its first public securities offering of music royalties with qualification by the SEC utilizing Reg A+.
