Norah Weinstein is the Co-CEO of Baby2Baby. Since 2011, Norah has led the expansion of Baby2Baby alongside Co-CEO Kelly Sawyer Patricof, providing over 375 million critical items to children in need. The organization serves more than one million children every year in all 50 states.

A lawyer by trade, Norah has testified in the California State Capitol on several bills to alleviate the cost of diapers for low-income families, and in 2019, Baby2Baby successfully advocated to remove sales tax from diapers in California. Norah and the Baby2Baby team have also innovated their own diaper manufacturing system, allowing the organization to produce diapers for 80% less than the retail price, earning them recognition as the most innovative nonprofit in the world by Fast Company. Baby2Baby was also named to the TIME100 Most Influential Companies List.

Her career began as an intern in the White House's Oval Office during the Clinton Administration, sparking her passion for effecting positive social change. Norah also sits on the board of the First Partner Jennifer Newsom's California Partners Project and is a founding investor in the women’s professional soccer team, Angel City Football Club.
