Ann Lee-Jeffs is an activator for several notable ecosystems focused on promoting and advancing sustainability across the globe, including the Sustainability Collaborative, American Chemical Society Green Chemical Institute’s BioTechnology Leadership Roundtable, Healthcare Plastic Recycling Council. With her technical background and over 30 years of sustainability experience working for multinationals, including Modern Meadow, Teva Pharmaceuticals,Johnson & Johnson, Honeywell, Colgate-Palmolive, and Pfizer, she has a unique set of intuitions and skills to get at the hearts and minds of leaders from all sectors of global society to take on audacious challenges to improve how we live, learn, and work.

As the head of sustainability at Teva Pharmaceuticals, she co-led the work to realize a $5 billion Sustainability-Linked Bond to accelerate the advancement of their environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) objectives. At Modern Meadow, she put her track record of building exceptional sustainability platforms and relationships to work to drive her passion to action and establish an Impact Advisory Board, publish the company’s inaugural sustainability report, and complete two sustainability summits and ESG programming. She is a member of the Sustainability Advisory Board of her alma mater, Manhattan College. She also is a member of the Impact Advisory Board member of Fashion Takes Action (FTA). As a coordinator for the MIT Professional Education Chief Sustainability Officer Certificate Program, she provides support to a cohort of 45 participants with their impact projects.
