Aisha Jorge Massengill

Aisha has spent more than two decades strategically integrating with Human Resources and business executives delivering mission-critical legal advice and counseling in employment law. This guidance has occurred across a broad segment of industries including retail, insurance, academia, research and development and commercial enterprises and includes the full life cycle of employment in the workplace. Aisha is a member of the advisory Board of the American Employment Law Council and has served on the American Bar Association’s EEO committee. She is most passionate about advising her organizations on the business imperative of integrating DE&I practices into an organization’s DNA.
