Sunny Zhang

Dr. Sunny Zhang is an award-winning educator, entrepreneur, and investor with over 20 years of expertise in technology innovation, behavioral science, and international business. She founded TrueLeap Inc., an education technology company that improves global access to quality education through a sustainable ecosystem approach. A tenured professor at the University of St. Thomas, Dr. Zhang previously taught at Indiana University, Colorado State University, and the University of Alabama. She co-founded Born Global Ventures (startup studio) and Born Global Community (501c3) to support global startups and diverse entrepreneurs.
