Mitra Miller

Mitra Miller is the Vice President of the Houston Angel Network and the managing member of Mill River Capital, a venture development firm that sources, develops, and capitalizes investment opportunities in early-stage technology, energy, and consumer products companies. She also advises investors, companies, and business leaders in the areas of due diligence, commercialization, capital planning, M&A, and team development. A dynamic and results-oriented executive, speaker, author, and board member, she has worked in the innovation ecosystem for over 20 years. Mitra’s avocation is to empower low-income and under-resourced young people, especially through education and active engagement with the startup and business communities.
