Wal Flor is a tech, education and entrepreneurship enthusiast, as well as a specialist of sustainability for over 19 years. She is founder and CEO of 
Flow.Ers Agency, a Brazil-based company that has been connecting different stakeholders to foster a large positive impact on society and the environment in line with business strategy.  

Previously she served as marketing leading at global companies and agencies.  Now, she convenes people across sectors to focus on how technology and government can be allies in civic and social challenges. She already created solutions for more than 200 social and environmental projects in Brazil and Latin America, for different causes such as education, health, entrepreneurship, water, climate change, urban mobility, diversity, equity & inclusion, future of work, waste management, human rights and others. Her specializations  and bachelor degrees are related to Social Communication, Business Strategy, Sustainability, Women on Board and Contemporary leadership.
