Alana Dolgin

A passion for music and culture has always been at the forefront of Alana Dolgin’s life. Dolgin is
now President of Homemade Projects, an independent record label and influencer management
company that works with top influencers such as Anna Shumate, Ryland Storms, Emma Brooks
McAllister and more. While at the University of Delaware, she studied Organizational and
Community Leadership with a Concentration in Music. During her education, she was a record
label intern at The Fader and a management intern at TMWRK Management. She continued to
work hard and gain knowledge in all assets of the entertainment industry, including
management, marketing, and promotion. After graduation she joined Columbia Records where
she worked for 3 years, first as an A&R Assistant and then as an Executive Assistant for their
EVP & GM. In 2018, Dolgin moved to Hitco Entertainment, where she spent 3 years as
Manager of Commerce & Promotion.
