Ranjan Goswami

Ranjan Goswami is Senior Vice President – Customer Experience Design where he oversees customer data and product strategy efforts and works cross-functionally between the operating and commercial teams to ensure Delta’s delivery of a consistent – and improving – world-class customer experience. By holistically overseeing Delta’s end-to-end physical, digital and people-enabled
customer journey touchpoints, he helps lead near- and long-term opportunities to drive customer preference for the airline.

Most recently, Ranjan was instrumental in leading the development and rollout of Delta’s fast and free Wi-Fi (Jan. 2023) as well as launching Delta Sync – a collection of customized experiences tailored to the individual needs of every Delta SkyMiles customer.
