Jen Loy

I’m a transformation and innovation specialist with a proven track record of standing up teams and integrating new competencies across large B2B organizations. My colleagues echo my empathetic leadership approach -- meeting people where they are and coaching for growth together. An engineer by training, I thrive in product design for complex application.

I am known for consistently challenging the status quo and driving large organizational changes in pursuit of a better user experience (accessibility awareness, user-centered practices, design system creation, etc.). I've led through multiple stages of UX business maturity. I built a Product Design org from scratch and grew it to a global team of UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Product Owners. I also have experiencing joined an established design organization with aspirations of continued maturity and impact.

I drive cross-department collaboration, naturally breaking down silos across job disciplines. As a founding member of an abilities ERG, I lead by example to create inclusive environments where individuals of diverse strengths fully contribute to a common goal. I modernized a large global engineering team to adopt user-centered practices.
