Noah Smits has been working for the top of the music industry since 2017 with names such as Ed Sheeran, Afrojack, David Guetta and hundreds of others. Out of necessity he started using big data / data scraping tools to map people's personality, interests and psychographics. With this he has been able to create behavioral science infused communication strategies to move individuals. Noah's slogan is that we should 'shout' less (top down) and should listen more (bottom up).
