Ally Kaiser

Ally Kaiser is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of IQXR, a Mesmerise company that specializes in innovative enterprise platform capabilities at the intersection of XR and AI. She’s also the Director of Product, Platform at The Mesmerise Group. Kaiser works across the product, design, and research teams, with a passion for creating inclusive and accessible immersive experiences that cultivate connection and belonging.

Hailing from Microsoft, Kaiser has held numerous leadership roles including Principal Service Designer for their Mixed Reality team, followed by her role as Principal Design Manager for Microsoft Mesh, leading their Responsible Metaverse team. Prior, she spent time at XR solutions agency, Object Theory.

Kaiser completed her B.S. in Neuroscience at UCLA.
