Edith Bo is Head of A&R for Rostrum Records where she is responsible for setting and overseeing the overall direction of A&R strategy, including scouting and signing new artists and ensuring their creative vision is executed. She also develops strategic branding partnerships and works closely with Rostrum’s marketing team to create and implement innovative solutions for its artists.

Bo mostly recently spearheaded the first songwriter initiative, “Unsung Heroes” as well as publishing and sync partnerships at SoundCloud. Prior to that, she was in artist management and A&R at Roc Nation, where her clients included Big Sean, Mustard, Hit-Boy and Santigold as well as publishing signees Joelle James (writer of Grammy award winning Ella Mae single “Boo’d Up”) and Chad Sabo (writer/producer on Rihanna’s grammy nominated “ANTI” album); and Elitaste Music Management, where she worked with Wale and Capital Cities.

In 2017, Bo co-founded Arketek, a music management, publishing and A&R consulting company, whose clients include 8AE, responsible for Metro Boomin’s platinum single “Superhero” and Jackson Wang’s single “Slow” which landed at one on the top 40 charts.
