Michelle Roguso is Head of CAA Brand Consulting’s Experiential discipline. Based in the New York office, Michelle is responsible for leading experiential, event and hospitality programs with extensive background in driving breakthrough activations (live + virtual + hybrid). Focused on negotiation, planning, development, management and execution of consumer and industry activations for a diverse range of audiences, including C-suite level executives. She is a strategic and creative thinker with a unique ability to conceptualize and produce marketing programs that leverage investment in sports & entertainment partnerships to maximize impact and ROI. Recognized expert in the production and execution of live events, budget management, contract negotiation and partner relationships. She is a consummate team player and leads an extensive team of event marketing experts, working closely with the Brand Consulting account teams to deliver strategic expertise & thought-leadership while providing connectivity to the best industry leaders. Michelle has 20 years of agency experience and has created, as well as executed industry-recognized experiential programs on behalf of brands, such as American Express, Verizon, Beam Suntory, Time Warner Cable, Discover Card, Tissot, Pizza Hut, AT&T, JPMorgan Chase, New Balance, Google Cloud, Salesforce, Zoom and more.
