Ceci Kurzman

Ceci Kurzman is an accomplished business leader, board director, private investor, and the founder of OurX - a newly-launched, first-to-market data-tech platform for tightly textured hair and scalp care.

A veteran of the music industry, she has shepherded the careers of the world’s most successful music artists and has served on public, private, and nonprofit boards, including Revlon and Lanvin Group.

Ceci is passionate about mentoring female entrepreneurs, advocating for diversity in the boardroom, and closing the generational wealth gap. She has invested and launched many businesses across fashion, beauty and consumer packaged goods. Her understanding of industry ecosystems, and the inequities that create unmet market opportunities, inspired the launch of OurX.
