Will Glazener

I am a seasoned sustainability leader based in Austin, Texas. My expertise is in climate technologies and net-zero pathways. I have extensive experience helping blue chip companies and start-ups across every industry on their sustainability journeys from strategy to end-to-end transformation. I co-founded Terralytiq, the enterprise decarbonization platform, where I currently serve as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that role, I was an Associate Partner at McKinsey, where I established the Firm's global decarbonization team (130+ consultants globally) and led the Americas region. I currently serve as Founder and President of the Violet Crown Sessions, an arts and cultural organization strengthening the connection between Austin residents and its artistic roots. I am also a mentor for the Climate Change track of South by Southwest (SXSW). Outside of my day job, I spend my free time hiking and motorcycling through the world's countrysides.
