Earnestine Elaine Dawson

Earnestine E. Dawson grew up with AOL Buddy chat and MySpace. She got her start in politics on President Obama's re-election campaign. She now helps public officials amplify their messaging to constituents using what she learned in chat rooms and political campaigns.

Earnestine goes one step further by showing how to use social media to tell stories to influence the cause. She uses her skills and experience to produce events that provide meaningful conversations.

Before joining the Office of the Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries, she worked for with the Democratic National Committee, Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, Stacey Abrams for Governor, Rep. Yvette D. Clarke and the House Democratic Caucus. Earnestine holds a Masters in Public Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in Mass Communication from Tennessee State University.
