Addy Ruth

My name is Addy Ruth and I am a Lead UX Designer at Target working with the Automation Intelligence and Controls team. I've been in the design industry for 13 years, working as a web developer before transitioning into UX/Product Design. With Target, I lead our internal robotics and automation team in the logistics space, working on our proprietary supply chain warehouse technology. I also volunteer as a UX Mentor with Austin Digital Jobs, the largest Austin technology network and Girlstart, an after school program targeting the education of young women in STEM. Helping the industry grow, especially for women in technology is one of my greatest passions.
