Katy Rudd

Katy lives for solving problems and making people’s work lives better.  She began her career on the business side, moved into a technologist role, then into solution sales and transformation.  She is passionate about transformation in all its forms, including career transformation.  She advises and mentors those at inflection or transition points in their career journeys, both on what paths are open to them and a roadmap to get there.  In her role as Business Architect, she works with companies of all sizes, including the largest search company in the world,  to bring operational improvement, increased revenue, transformative solutions and, most importantly, empathy into business processes.  Most recently, she is teaching others how to best utilize AI related tools for both understanding AI impacts to job roles and for income creation.
