Shayla Cole is a Social Intelligence Lead at Meta, where she oversees measurement for the company's portfolio of social and digital brand channels. Primarily focused on cultural trend research, strategy & insights, she helps map the digital zeitgeist of relevant conversations. She’s responsible for driving work that’s more community-first, outside-in and connected to what’s happening in the worlds of Meta's audiences, especially as it pertains to Innovation (Metaverse, AI) and Youth Culture.
