Laura DeYoung

Laura DeYoung is VP of IP Creative Strategy, Riot Games Entertainment. Her team ensures that Riot’s products– including games, film/TV projects, books and more– design the company’s fantasy worlds and story arcs to deliver cohesive experiences to players.
DeYoung served in numerous leadership roles at Riot Games, including Art Director and Head of the Creative Department, where she oversaw over 340 developers.
Prior to Riot, DeYoung held art leadership roles for other companies in the video game industry including Ubisoft and Electronic Arts.
Before entering the gaming space, she was a web designer and art director and earned awards for her collaborations with Nike., Absolut Vodka, and Universal Pictures’ Spider-Man.
