Sophie Searcy

Sophie Searcy is a Senior Data Science Manager at Stitch Fix where her work helps leverage personalization algorithms to help get the right styles to the right people at the right time. Earlier in her career, Sophie was Senior Data Scientist at Metis where she was a bootcamp instructor and led curriculum development, with work in deep learning and data science ethics. She holds masters degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Psychology. Sophie is passionate about teaching, both in theory and in practice, and about making sure that data science is primarily a tool that is used to improve people's lives.
