It has been my pleasure of 13+ years of experience in the Gaming Industry to have worked directly and intensely on 3 key pillars of Gaming that have always mattered, and more so also require each other to succeed - Game Design, Accessibility, and DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion):
• Game Design need Accessibility to expand our potential audiences and invite all to play.
• Accessibility needs DE&I to create an organizational foundation of education and empathy.
• DE&I needs Games Design as a creative framework and vector to express and manifest itself.
