Lanaya Irvin

Lanaya Irvin, CEO at Coqual, is a Black, female-bodied leader, DE&I expert and global business executive who is a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Irvin understands the experience of being “the only” in many corporate spaces. After more than a decade on Wall Street, Lanaya brings a unique global and commercial lens to this work. More importantly, Irvin views the world through an intersectional lens and is committed to leveling the playing field and driving more equitable, economic outcomes for those being left behind. Irvin advises Fortune 500 leaders around the world and can speak to how executives can use Coqual’s data and insights to address the inequities impacting underrepresented professionals and communities.
