Ky Polanco founded the organization, Feminist For All, the social-first media and tech brand behind FEMINIST, a community of over 6M on instagram and the largest platform serving women, girls and gender expansive people. As the Head of Brand & Vision, she defines the brand identity, mission and values that will continue to define the future of FEMINIST. She built an internal women-led diverse team of contributors and advisors, in addition to a network of 12 million creators, educators, activists, and change makers. As a mission driven media entrepreneur, she's implemented a digital-first consumer business plan capturing the audience of Gen Z and Millennials across the glode. Her leadership style is marked by a deeply empathetic people-first mentality, cultivating an environment of mentorship and growth.
