Juanita Monsalve

Juanita Monsalve (she/her) is a cultural, creative and digital strategist working for the freedom of all communities of color. She serves serves as United We Dream’s Senior Marketing and Creative Director, leading the network’s digital engagement of members, communication and narrative strategies, as well as culture change strategies to build the power of undocumented people and immigrant families in the United States. Under her leadership, UWD’s membership grew to 1,000,000 and the average monthly social media reach expanded to 6,000,000.
