John Dempsey

John Dempsey is the General Manager of Wieden+Kennedy Portland's culture-obsessed social creative studio, Bodega. In this role, he oversees the creation of social-first content for some of the world's leading brands like Nike, Samsung, Visa, HP, Corona, Old Spice, and Jordan Brand. Outside of the office, John volunteers on various advisory boards, educational experiences, and community groups, including Caldera, Boys and Girls Club, Economic Development for Central Oregon, and coaching his child's soccer team. John has dedicated his free time as a teacher, a mentor, a small business owner, and an entrepreneur, and brings the learnings of those experiences into his role as a leader within Bodega.
