Megha Bansal Rizoli is a Director in the Employer Mobilization Practice at Jobs for the Future (JFF), a national nonprofit organization that accelerates the alignment and transformation of the American education and workforce systems to drive equitable economic advancement for all. In this role, she drives strategy for and thought leadership on the role that private sector employers and institutions play in creating quality jobs for all. In her prior role as JFF’s Director of Organizational Strategy, she led the enterprise effort to align the organization's CEO and Executive Team around a guiding North Star, an organizational theory of change, a set of strategic focus areas/priorities, and an emerging impact framework/metrics for JFF's work in the field.

Megha has over 15 years of experience working in strategy and innovation. She started her career working for the federal government, dabbled in research and analytics at The Brookings Institution, and spent close to a decade working on unique, challenging, and high-visibility consulting engagements at Monitor Deloitte, where she focused on how large-scale disruptive trends impact organizations, communities, and people. She was also a fellow at the World Economic Forum, where she launched a major research initiative and publication at the 50th WEF Annual Meeting in Davos in 2020.

Megha holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MPP from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University, and dual Bachelors degrees from the University of Maryland.

She lives in greater Boston with her husband, daughter, and 100-lb Bernedoodle.
