Caitlin Leibert

As Vice President of Sustainability at Whole Foods Market (WFM), Caitlin is driven by her passion for sustainability and its role in shaping communities, both locally and globally. From fields to plates, she is committed to improving WFM's impact on our environment. She is responsible for implementing the company’s sustainability vision and strategy across over 550 stores worldwide.

From waste reduction to energy management to water and land stewardship, she works to improve WFM's impact as a company and plays a key role in developing new social and environmental practices. Prior to joining WFM, she spent more than a decade leading Sustainability for Chipotle, where she executed their sustainability vision for over 2,500 restaurants around the world.
