Colter Merrick created Elixart 12 years ago. Elixart is an establishment with multiple locations that has been a pioneer in the nonalcohol events space over the last 12 years. He is a master formulator with extensive knowledge of plants and the traditions connected to these plants. Colter also has a beverage company that produces and distributes one of the best tasting kava drinks on the planet, Vacation Jun. He stays very connected in the plant medicine community, supporting and facilitating ceremony, education and fundraising for many indigenous communities. Colter has been a beacon of his community, helping people live healthier lifestyles and creating a place for connection and support.
