Kristen Pizarro

Kristen is a sociology nerd who started her career in nonprofit communications before moving to the agency world and eventually to hi5.agency where she is currently the Head of Strategy + Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Kristen oversees a team of creative strategists and copywriters who set the strategic vision for the award winning agency’s client partners such as Spotify, Google, RIOT, YouTube, Prime Video, and a wealth of other brands and entertainment properties.

With a nontraditional upbringing and a mixed race background, Kristen has had a lifelong passion for issues related to culture and identity. It is with this passion that she also leads hi5.agency’s DEI efforts, and works to create a more inclusive, equitable future for the advertising industry as a whole.
