Saraounia is an Inclusion Engineer, Capacity Development, and Business Agility Advisor focused on the intersections of Localization, Agile, and intersectional inclusion in the international development context. She focuses on ‘representative diversity’ and the intersectional adaptation of program teams. With 16 yr of experience living and working across Africa, Saraounia brings deep practitioner knowledge and experience in capacity development, conflict mitigation, community mobilization, SCRUM, business agility, and systems strengthening. Saraounia is the Principal Consultant at Ubuntu Solutions. An Agile transformation coach she applies an intersectional lens to firms engaging global and domestic challenges. She is Board Chair of None on Record Media and founder of Love Africa Initiative
