As President and CEO, Pete F. Levangie is responsible for all functional areas of Bay State Milling and its daily operating activities. Pete joined BSM in 2004 as the VP of Strategic Planning. He has since held the titles of Executive VP of Revenue & Strategic Planning and then COO. In January 2009, the Board elected Pete as President and COO. He was named President and CEO in 2016.

Bay State Milling combines a 125-year family-owned heritage in wheat milling with the latest advancements in plant-based nutrition. They provide food ingredients that promote the growth of healthful and affordable food choices. Today, BSM is the largest privately held flour mill in the U.S., offering an unrivaled portfolio of traditional grains, global specialty supply chains, and unique varietal solutions.
