Vanni Le

Vanni Le is a neurodivergent DEIA advocate and currently the Senior Manager of Entertainment Partnerships at RespectAbility, a nonprofit organization fighting stigmas and advancing opportunities so people with disabilities can fully participate in all aspects of community. Le has advised major studios, production companies, and independent filmmakers on over 100 films and TV episodes to promote authentic portrayals of disability AND inclusive hiring practices behind the camera.
