Zac Barger

Zac Barger, MPA, is a budget analyst and the bureau customer experience lead at the National Park Service. His public service experience has been aimed at transforming government to meet the needs of all people through accountable, equitable service delivery. He oversees the NPS High Impact Service Providers, focused on restructuring the visitor trip-planning experience and rebuilding Volunteer.gov, a vital portal for the more than 300,000 people who give their time to the Park Service annually. He believes the key to success is providing a world-class visitor experience.

Prior experience includes the Office of Management and Budget and the House Committee on Oversight and Reform. A native of Western Colorado, he is passionate about protecting and increasing access to our natural wonders.
