Louisa Sholar

Louisa Sholar, MPP is a designer on the Facing Financial Shock team, an inaugural interagency Life Experience project under the federal customer experience (CX) agenda, as a member of the second cohort of the US Digital Corps (USDC) fellowship. Originally from North Carolina, Louisa is a recent graduate of Georgetown’s McCourt School and former analyst at the Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation. At the Beeck Center, Louisa was involved in creating key resources for digital benefit practitioners as well as municipalities seeking to build digital services capacity to better serve their communities. Her time serving in local government in Burlington, NC as well as her passion for gender and economic justice inspire her work on digital service delivery and social safety net access.
